How to make paneer bhurji????
Paneer bhurji is North Indian dish which is high protein dish with good calorie and served with butter naan, plain roti , mix prantha or with rice also. This dish is very healthy for vegeterian people.
Follow are the ingredients which are needed to make this delicious recipe.
- paneer 250gm
- tomato 3-4 medium size
- onion 3-4 medium size
- Garam masala
- garlic and ginger paste 1 tablespoon
- salt
- Coriander
- green leaf
- cream or homemade malai
- Kashmiri red chilli powder
- jeera
paneer bhurji recipe is famous dish in North Indian family and also favourite dish of mine. So come let’s start making delicious dish
first of all , we have to ready all ingredients,
- fine chopped onion 3-4 medium size
- fine chopped tomato 3-4 medium size
- fine chopped green chilli 3-4 pcs
- pour some refined oil in the pan on high flame , let it heat , now add jeera then add chopped onion
- let it cook until it turns golden or light brown colour. Now add red chilli 2-3 pcs. And also add ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- let it cook now
- now add chopped tomato
- add salt 1 tablespoon , 1 tablespoon red chilli powder and 1/2 table spoon garam masala…
- let it cook until masala leaves oil besides it
- Now add mashed paneer in it
- mix it well cook it for 3-4 mins
- Add coriander powder for taste
- now at last pour 2-3 tablespoon cream or homemade malai…
- let it cook for 5 min
- cream or Malai is added for look of Bhurjee
- now taste the bhurjee
- if there is any difference in salt…
- then add salt as per ur taste
Now the dish is ready
garnish some coriander leaves on it for better look.
