here are the ingredients to make aloo parantha in very easy way.
- 5-6 aloo
- 2-3 onion
- 2-3 green chilly
- little jeera
- ajwain
- amchur
- Salt
- red chilly Kashmiri powder
- haldi ( optional )
- coriander powder
- coriander leaves

aloo parantha recipe is very famous dish in North Indian family served with desi ghee,butter, curd, chutney or pickles. By the way this dish is favourite of mine. After this dish it will be yours favourite also
so let’s start making of aloo parantha
aloo parantha not only prevalent in North Indian family but in West Indian also.
- first of all , boil the aloo in pressures cooker with 4-5 whistles
- then after release of pressure naturally,pill of the alloo
- now let it cool down , while it’s cooling down we will chop onion
- now mash the potato smoothly
- add onion in this
- add 1 tablespoon salt
- add 3/4 tablespoon red chili Kashmiri powder
- add 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- add 1 tablespoon Garam masala
- add 1/2 tablespoon haldi , it’s optional because some family doesn’t like to add it in potato parantha.
- add 1 tea spoon amchur powder for taste
- add 1/4 teaspoon jeera
- add 1 teaspoon ajwain
- ajwain is very healthy for body , it removes acidity from body
- now finally mashed up all this items finely
- taste the mashed potato, you may add salt as per your taste.
- take a dough of atta
- now make gol roti
- take some mashed potato , add in dough now make parantha
- put it on pan
- let it cook now served it with desi ghee, curd , chutney or pickles your aloo parantha is ready now.
