Noodles is popular indo – Chinese version of a noodle recipe made with lot of vegetables.

It is an ideal lunch box or tiffin box recipe for adults and kids , and also be served as evening snacks .There are many ways to make noodles with topping and sauces . personally I love noodles and manchurian combo. However , my husband is a huge fan of simple noodles, without much sauce or spices.Hence I have to make it frequently for his daily tiffin box. I would recommend trying any choice of manchurian dish with noodles or fried rice.

Ingredients required for noodles recipe

Here we will tell you about noodles recipe follow the below list for it

  • 2 Hakka noodles
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 finally chopped cloves garlic
  • 1 inch chopped ginger
  • 2 chilli
  • 1/2 onion slices cut
  • 1/2 carrot finally sliced chopped
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, chopped sliced
  • 6 beans chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum sliced chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp schezwan sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • spring onion chopped

Let’s start now

  • At first , take a noodles and soak in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain off the noodles and rinse it woth cold water.
  • Take a plate and spread it and coat with 2 tablespoon oil .
  • Now heat 3 tablespoon oil in utensil , fry 4-5 cloves of garlic , 3 chillies medium size and 1.5 inch of ginger.
  • now fry 1 onion on high flame,and add boiled noodles, 2 tsp vinegar, 3 tsp sauce, 2tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp peeper powder.
  • fry till sauces are well coated with noodles.
  • Finally , add spring onion and enjoy veg noodles
