Ingredients required to make Bhelpuri
- Murmura – 2 cups
- Sev – 1/2 cup
- Papdi – 6-8 Pcs
- Roasted Peanuts – 2 tablespoon
- Boiled Potatoes – 1 medium cut
- Onion – 1 small chopped
- Tomato – 1 small chopped
- Green Chilli – 1 small chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tablespoon chopped
- Imli Chutney – 2 tablespoon
- Green Chutney – 2 tablespoon
- Red chilli Chutney – 1 tablespoon or as per your taste
- Chaat Masala -1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
Bhelpuri is Mumbai’s iconic chaat , born in Western India, but loved across the country with regional twists. Its a perfect example of how Indian street food evolves and adapts to local tastes.
Now we will start tell you about making new style Bhelpuri, Take a big bowl and put two cups of murmura and add roasted peanuts in it. Break the papdi into small pieces and also add sev for making crunchy and delicious bhelpuri. Now add boiled potatoes medium cut, chopped onion, tomato and green chilli and mix it well. Now Add imli chutney, green chutney and red chilli chutney according to your taste. Add chaat masala and salt to taste now add one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix it well. Try to mix it quickly and lightly so the murmura stays crisped. Add coriander leaves to make till more delicious and it is best for garnishing. After that serve it immediately and enjoy your tasty, tangy, crunchy and delicious bhelpuri.
