How to make pav bhaji masala???

ingredients required as follows

  • Pav: Indian Pav was made with white flour , Yeast and Milk. It is eggless and available at all indian general store.
  • Mix vegetables: In the bhaji, we need fresh vegetables like cauliflower, carrots, tomato, potato, onion, lemon, peas etc.
  • Butter: It plays a vital role to add flavour in pav bhaji . Without it, We can’t enjoy Pav bhaji without butter.
  • Pav bhaji masala : Pav bhaji masala are spices which are used to cook bhaji and it is use accoring to taste or flavour.

steps to follow to make pav bhaji

  • At first , take 3-4 potato , rinse it and peel it
  • clean 1 cup cauliflower
  • Take 3/4 cup peas
  • Rinse them thoroughly.
  • Also use carrot . Take 1 medium carrot chopped
  • Now add all items to a cooker. Pour 2 cup water .
  • now 1-2 whistles on medium flame.
  • when the cooker release its pressure, veggies gonna be soften, mash them well
  • Now heat 1 tbsp butter & 1tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add 1 cup chopped onions, let them turn goldish
  • Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 green chilli. Fry until it turn golden and smells good.
  • now add 3/4 cup chopped bell pepper fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup chpped tomatoes with 1tsp salt, fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 1tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, mix it well
  • Now add all mashed vegetables, add 3/4 cup water to bring consistency
  • mis it well and add some kasuri methi for flavour, check the salt acc to taste
  • now garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  • served it with lemon.
  • now take 1tsp butter to pan and let it heat
  • Now place pav to it and let it crispy

so here your crispy homemade pav bhaji is ready
